Let's play Butterfly School!  Dr. Butterfly says, "Try some medicine to lower Sophie's fever."  Sophie tries the medicine.  She is glad that it tastes sweet.  Sophie can rest now.  If her fever goes down, she will rest all day.  If her fever stays high, she will visit the doctor in the afternoon.  Sophie wants to draw pictures.  Let's draw a picture of Sophie!
